You already have competitors here MOVA (mova.ge), Choice QR, OFOODO and OddMenu all sell QR menus in Georgia. Two places on this list are already taken: Amo Rame is on eat-me.online, La Gamba is on OddMenu. Look at the table for an existing QR sticker before you pitch.

Do not fight Wolt and Glovo They own delivery in Tbilisi. Sell yourself as ordering at the table, not as delivery.

Payments: start with BOG iPay Over 60% of Georgian online payments, roughly 2–2.5% on local cards, and instalments come built in. Needs a Bank of Georgia business account. TBC is the backup.

Skip the very cheap old places Mapshalia, Dumplings N1 and Coca-Cola Dining Room run on cash and hand-written bills. A payment app has nothing to sell them.
